The Daycare Assistant Teacher is available throughout the week to meet with parents and staff. They will manage the curriculum for infant and preschool classrooms as well as oversee after-school transportation of kids to and from school (vans provided). They create a safe environment for the children and maintain a professional relationship and confidentiality with the parents of the children. We are looking for a teacher who creates a fun atmosphere and loves engaging with kids in hands-on learning.

• Possess a history of successful team building.
• Childcare experience.
• Ability to react to change quickly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, requiring minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Agrees and aligns with the mission, vision, leadership, values, and doctrinal beliefs of Generation Church.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working at a school or with children.
• Fingerprint card clearance.
• CPR Certification.
